Sorry to jump in.

I would like to further explain the current situation for these 2 suppliers. They received POs from both Cabela’s and Bass Pro with the exactly same items and these items are with Cabela’s logo, not Bass Pro logo. (During the acquisition, Bass Pro will sell Cabela’s products in their stores and vice versa.) Considering these suppliers were brought in for Cabela’s and the products they are shipping to Bass Pro are Cabela’s products. We wonder why we cannot use Cabela’s Compliance Level on Bass Pro for now. Could you please advise what is your concern?

(During the acquisition, Bass Pro will sell / stock Cabela’s products in their stores and vice versa.) Considering these suppliers were brought in for Cabela’s and the products they are shipping to Bass Pro are Cabela’s products. We wonder why we cannot use Cabela’s Compliance Level on Bass Pro for now. Could you please advise what your concern is / advise us of your concern?
