I noticed a news that America government stopped a policy which was make the number of the immigrant’s children to go back home and could living with their parents last week. I can’t understand what they were talking about first,Because It’s hard for me to imagine the family issues how related to the government.In my mind children will growing up with their parents which is nature low. Maybe there wasn’t appear look like this kind of things around, so I feel that it must be more one policy America made recent.

I couldn’t understand what they were talking about (at) first, Because It’s hard for me to imagine how family issues are / could be related to the government.
In my mind children will grow up with their parents which is the law of nature. Maybe there wasn’t this kind of problem around us before, so I feel that it must be a new policy America made recently.
