Quarterly- Something that happens every 3 months or every quarter.

e.g. This Wechat accounts publishes new articles quarterly.

User engagement- The level of engagement or interaction you have with your followers on social media.

e.g. Amazon has some of the best user engagement right now, it answers almost every comment it’s customers make about it on social media.

Media format- What kind of form will your content take?

e.g. What media format will we publish on Wechat? Will it be video, audio, pictures, or written articles?
