Vocabulary

Proposal- Something you plan to do, and write it down on paper so someone else can see it.

e.g. I submitted my proposal to the client but he didn’t like it

Municipality- the government of a small neighborhood that has its own laws.

e.g. Before I redesigned my house, I had to get permission from the municipal government.

Toxic-Something that is harmful to your health.

e.g. I just painted my living room but won’t live there for two weeks, I’m afraid the paint is a bit toxic.

Climate- The weather and temperature of an area.

e.g. Qingdao has very good climate so it makes it a good place to live.

Hacks- When you take an object and make it better.

e.g. I saw a hack online and used it to make my couch look new again
