Vocabulary

peak – very top of a mountain

summit – highest point of a mountain that a climber can get to

climb up =ascend 

climb down = descend 

steep adj. – having an almost vertical slope or pitch, or a relatively high gradient, as a hill, an ascent, stairs, etc

I have hiked/I hiked for 3 days in Zhejiang Province with Iris and my older brother. The trip is very tiring because we climbed many mountains which are about 1,800 meters. The view in the peak of the mountain is very beautiful and we can take photographs in there. And the way to descend is very dangerous because the mountain is steep so we need a hiking stick to help us descend. There’s no air pollution so the environment is very clean and quiet which makes me feel relaxed. And I’m very excited to have been here because I never seen a lot of mountains. And the club members are very friendly and kind and are responsible to take us in Shanghai safely.

And the club members were very friendly, kind, and safely brought us us back to Shanghai (safely).

I prefer to get information from the Internet. Firstly, I think get information from internet is fast. You can search online by a lot of tools such as mobilephone, computer and ipad. You just need to hit a few words on the search engine and there will have a lot of information on the screen. Secondly, the informaion from Internet can be expressed into different ways, such as video and audio, but the expression from the printed material is very simple.
