“prime time” / the best time usually refers to like big shows, or events – very specific

e.g The LA Lakers the basketball team – they play during prime time TV hours from like 7 PM – 9:30 PM.

grind (present) / to work very hard – long hours, hard work / grind time / to smash something into a fine particle / ground (past tense)

e.g. I’m just grinding. I’m out here grinding.

e.g. I’m on my grind.

e.g. You have to grind the coffee beans into coffee ground.

they hit the wall / to hit the wall / a sudden change that makes your appearance and performance decline

e.g. She turned 35 and just hit a wall.
