Vocabulary

Desire (v/n): 1- to want something, especially strongly.
E.g.: I desire only to be left in peace.
E.g.: The hotel had everything you could possibly desire.

Mindset (n): 1- a person’s way of thinking and their opinions.
E.g.: We have very different mindsets when it comes to relationships.

Condone (v): 1- to accept or allow behavior that is wrong.
E.g.: If the government is seen to condone violence, the bloodshed will never stop.

Adultery (n): 1- sex between a married man or woman and someone he or she is not married to.
E.g.: Many people in public life have committed adultery.

Deal-breaker (n): 1- (in business and politics) a factor or issue which, if unresolved during negotiations, would cause one party to withdraw from a deal. 2- something that makes you give up on a plan, on a thing your doing or on a relationship.
E.g.: The fact that he was married was a deal-breaker for her.
