It’s a case about one man want to murder another woman in Hongkou district. That man I called him Mr. Li, the victim I called Mrs. Lv. Mr.Li rent Mrs. Lv’s house to do some business, but in the process of renting, they have conflict about the rent fare. Mr. Li think the woman’s house is very expensive, they don’t want to give her 6000 every month, but woman think it’s very normal rent fare, so in this point, they have conflict, and then the man have an idea: killing the woman’s whole family. The conflict is very complicated, and the authority didn’t give specific answer to the public. Among the conflict, maybe the woman do something back for the man, so the man hate her very much and want to kill her family. The man buy two knifes, 20 cm knife and a hammer and a bottle of oil, a bag of lime. After he bought this tool, he put that in his bag, and a photo of a family. Why he bring the photo everywhere, because he don’t want to recognize the wrong person. In the following half year (6 months), he followed the woman 20 times, why he didn’t killing the woman, he tell us: just one people, he wait for a chance, all his family go outside. So at 2018 December, the woman and his husband are working outside the street, and the man left hand holding a hammer and right hand holding a knife, but he just used the hammer and hit the couple. the couple fell down, and face is all the blood. After Mr. Li see the couple can’t react, the man run. Mr. Li very regret and called the police “I killing people”, the police arrested him immediately.

The conflict was very complicated, and reasons are still under investigation. Among the conflicts, maybe the woman did something bad to the man, so the man hated her very much and wanted to kill her family. The man bought two 20 cm  knives, 20 cm knife and ,a hammer , a bottle of oil, a bag of lime. After he bought these tools, he put them in his bag along with a family photo. The reason why he brought the photo everywhere is because he didn’t want to kill the wrong people. After Mr. Li saw the couple was unconscious can’t react, the man ran. Mr. Li very regret very much/ deeply and called the police “I killed people”, the police arrested him immediately.
