Sorry for the incorrect approval process. I will send the information to Candy and Vivien to get their approval.
The remuneration confirmation only shows the basic salary part of applicant. Our total compensation package is made up of base pay, variable bonus and benefits. The total package of this applicant is about 230K, I called applicant this morning and explain to him and he accepted the offer.
