Vocabulary

Ethnic Groups – groups of people with different backgrounds (language, religion, culture, skin color, traditions)

Century – 100 years
Centuries – more then 200 years (plural of century)
Millennia/Millennium – 1000 years

Flour/flowers – add the s when talking about flowers for cooking

Exotic – something that is considered foreign and often is attractive to people because of this reason
Living in a bubble – have very little culture and don’t know much and about foreign things, not knowing stuff that most people do

Because there are a lot of ethnic groups there. They have many culture which differ from city. They have different dressing and language. For example my most favorite place in Yunnan is a high altitude region. The people that live there believe in the Tibet Buddha. I would describe it a mysterious because their religion is special, there house style is also special from others. They have a special life beliefs.
