I’ve gonna to have my 3 month appraisal with my line on Friday.
As a headhunter, normally we start a day before one quarter to 9 in the morning. It was very hard for me since I started to go to work around 10 am in my previous work. Now it becomes much better and I am used to get up early and go fast.
When I start to work, I keep working all the time so it is very less to feel tired during the work. 12 am to 1 pm is our lunch time, and we can pick up a lunch & learn course at that time which will share many good tips or experience with different topic like sourcing, reserve market or communication skill etc. There is a professional training team in our company and it combines with a lots great ex-consultant from all around the world.
Almost everyday most of us finish the job after 8 pm. Many people will order take away as dinner. We have a great pantry with beautiful view in the office.
For me, Monday is the blackest day and Friday is the brightest day. Weekend is valuable day and I want to repeat it again and again.
