Vocabulary
I usually break apart/separate the leaves, wash them, then cut them into small pieces.
–
heat a small amount of oil in a pot, when the oil is ready, add the leaves to the pot
–
stir fry the vegetables until they are cooked evenly
–
soy sauce – jiang you
–
remove the beef from the water
strain the water from the beef
–
thinly slice the carrot/s, then fry
–
then cover the pot with the lid
–
raise/increase/turn up the heat
