I bought an electronic dictionary from your online store last week. But I found some wrong when I used it. It often provided wrong translation. In the attachment are the pictures wrong translations what I took.
Could you please tell me what happen to the electronic dictionary? How do I deal with it? Should I return it to you or you send an engineer to fix it? Could you reply as soon as possible?
