Email Service Notes (Celeste)

Since I plan a trip to US on Oct., I made a lot of preparations these days.

Firstly, I need to setting my email auto-answer as below.
“Hello this is Ruby and I will be out of office from 9th to 16th Oct.due to my planned vacation. During my absent, my coworker Ken will help me to process the new staff enrollment. Also I will check my mailbox regularly for the daily work. For urgent matters, please feel free to contact my coworkers. Below are their contact info.”
……
Secondly, the weather is changeable in the Western United States so I need to prepare clothes for four seasons. Since my parents are all have a Chinese stomach so I want to bring some Chinese cake. Right now I am doing a must-have list for my whole family luggage.

Finally, we have 4 days for free independent travel so I need to make a schedule for these days arrangement, and I also need to check the driving law of American in case we plan to self-driving.

Of course, there are a lot of things to be done. But I feel so exciting when I think about this family vacation. Hope we can have a wonderful memory about it.

Secondly, the weather  on the west coast changes often so I need to pack clothes for four seasons. Since my parents all have Chinese stomachs, I want to bring some Chinese cake. Right now I am writing a must-have list for my whole family‘s luggage.

Lastly, we have 4 days for free independent travel so I need to make a schedule for these days, and I also need to check the American laws in case we plan to drive ourselves. 

Of course, there are a lot of things to be done. But I feel so excited when I think about this family vacation. I hope we can have a wonderful time where we can make many memories.
