– Advertising agency designer/lacks English-speaking environment, but wants to work for an international firm

-Has some basic listening skills but really needs help with speaking 

-Start with general topics (holidays/hobbies/food/films) to build vocabulary, grammar and confidence  

-Move on to business topics (client meetings/presentations/emails/reports)

ex. I eat a hamburger.

to “be”  – is/am/are
