Client works in event planning and works with a lot of foreigners. Client wants to improve her English for work and also to socialize and network more easily with her coworkers. Client is better at listening than speaking and is afraid to speak because she doesn’t feel confident in her English. Start with simple life topics and encourage client to use English as much as she can in class.

Ex: Photoshop is very hard and a waste of time.
