He told / informed (formal) / gave (casual) / her the tracking number. She said, “Your package is at the main post office / PO headquarters. You can pick it up / get (casual) / collect (formal) /  anytime / at a convenient time (formal)/ whenever (casual).” He said, “I don’t want (impolite) / wouldn’t like / I’d prefer not / I’d rather not pick it up. Can you/ could you / would you be able to deliver it?” She said yes.
