Grammar

present perfect tense 

S + have/has + done + O

when talking about something that was completed recently

past perfect tense 

S + had + done + O

when talking about something that was completely in the past that has no effect to the present

past participle as adjectives

i.e. sunk boat -> a boat that sank

i.e. dyed hair -> hair that was dyed

i.e. rescued puppy -> a puppy that was rescued
