1.How do I know how much point I have?
After receiving your request at Wechat, we will do the calculation for you and reply to email within two days. If it is a rough calculation, then the 1 percent of your monthly rental is your points in a month.

2.Is the exchanged product sent to my home directly?
Since our office is located in Shanghai Tower，not in the community, so you will be invited to aquaspace club to get the products.
3. Sorry, I am not sure about this. After I go back to the office and ask the responsible colleague to reply to you. Thank you for your understanding.
