Controlling over-time working is difficult for every new mum when she comes back to work after maternity leave, especially for me, who work in ecommerce function. Campaign preparation is always in a rush, with lots of meeting & actual work beyond 8 hours every day. What’s the future of E-commerce in China?

It will keep growing but not as fast as they did in past few years. more detail oriented operations will help further growth. This year there are a lot of discussion about social e-commerce, which is if you share the product to your friends or family you will get a deeper discount. It makes you share the products and also help the brand growing initiatively. Get more people involved. E-commerce is also a channel for fake products in China. I think fake products will finally fade out from e-commerce as the platform are controlling it.
