Speaking exercise

Today we were doing events for one of our agencies, we planned this event five months ago, the event is this weekend. We had a long meeting today to go through all the details of the event with our partner. What surprising us was their plan is not add up with the original plan. And this really frustrated us because the event is this weekend and no one tell us the schedule is changed. So we were thinking about calling off the plan, but this project is tied to them so we don’t really have the right to do it, this will need to be discussed with the board before we cancel the event. Their plan came across as irresponsible. No one really know what are they doing.

Today we were going through the event details with one of our agencies. We‘d planned this event five months ago, all of a sudden the event is this weekend and our partners are not well prepared. We had a long meeting today to double check all the details with our partner. What surprised us was their plan didn’t add up with the original plan. And this really frustrated us because the event is this weekend and no one gave us a heads up that the schedule changed. So we were thinking about calling off the event, however our hands were tied because they are the sole agent for this project. This will need to be discussed with the board before we call off the event. The execution of their plan came across as irresponsible, which misused funds. No one really knew what they were doing.
