normally I’d receive the order forecast from my boss

the factory will give me the estimate (based on/ for) the order forecast.

then if everything is confirmed on both sides,

we will send the SC of final order finalized (ADJ.) Contract/SC (N.) to the factory.

would you like to adjust the quantity of any other items? since the 5″ square plates are limited to 700?

I just meant to adjust or change the quantity on other products, since the quantity for the 5″ plates can’t be changed.

I just wanted to know. Is there anything we need to adjust about the order to make sure we don’t exceed the CBM?

The factory can not produce more than 700 5″ plates for this order.

I think factory can do it.   (You have to say WHICH one)
