Full – can not put any more inside

eg: The place is full, we can’t go inside.

eg: I had a very big lunch, I’m very full now.

Full Time – working more than 40 hours a week

eg: Do you work full time?

Yes, I work full time.

Part Time – working less than 40 hours a week.

eg: Do you have a part time job?

No, I don’t have a part time job. I just have a full time job

eg: I worked a part time job when I was a student.

Overtime – when you work more than 40 hours in one week, or more than 8 hours in one day. You get paid more.  Pay you 1.5x more.

eg: If we work overtime, we don’t get paid more.

eg: If I work overtime I don’t get paid more. So I don’t wanna work overtime.

eg: I can’t work overtime today.

eg: I don’t want to work overtime.

eg: I worked 2 hours overtime yesterday.

Day Off – the day you don’t work

eg: Today is my day off.   Rest Day

eg: Are you off tomorrow?

No, I am not off tomorrow.

eg: Monday and Friday are my days off.

eg: I only have Fridays off. I work 6 days a week. So I have about 52 days off a year.

popular – many people like it

eg: High rise pants are popular now.

eg: Chino pants are popular now.

Cinema – a place to go watch movies

eg: I’m going to the cinema to see that movie.

Cinematography – like photography, but for videos

eg: I studied photography, is it like cinematography.

fit – be the right size(S,M,L) and shape(tight, relaxed, baggy) for someone or something

eg: Do those pants fit?

Yes, they fit well.

eg: I like how those pants fit.

fit (N.) – the way it fits

eg: I like the fit of these pants.

eg: These pants are a baggy fit.

eg: These are tight fit pants.

tight (fit) / relaxed (fit) / baggy (fit)

eg: I like tight pants.

eg: Do those relaxed pants fit.(v) /  Do you want to try some relaxed fit (adj) pants.

eg: I have a pair of baggy pants.
