get it over with – to finish it quickly, especially if you don’t wanna do it
eg: I don’t like salad, but I just eat it and get it over with.
Tear – to separate (something) into parts by pulling it, cutting it, etc.
eg: Tear that paper into pieces.
Tore (past tense) –
eg: I tore a muscle in my waist.
lined paper – paper with lines on it, to help you write clearly
eg: I need some lined paper so I can write a letter by hand.
Blank Paper – paper with nothing on it
eg: I need some blank paper, so I can print something.

like One of the challenges is, its a new subject for me and I cant understand why my coworkers must make designs like that
