I don’t know but every job time is very short.1 year 1 job. I think next work if no special conditions I will stay longer.
Many HR ask me why you stay short time in your last company. I just say I want change a new environment.
but my mother push me. Give me huge pressure.  My next company kind of last my last company. Just a brand not a group. But my next job. their company has stores in the shopping mall. A real store in the China, many cities. So maybe I want to try the new retail. Means you link offline and online and some events. advertising. But I want to learn about offline.  Pop up stores.

JD not have many small sellers, just brands or groups. but on taobao has many sellers from everyone.

I just care the brand have money, because a brand if they have many funds they can develop more and more fresh things for this brand but if you not have money the brand is difficult to popular.

They say they are from NYC but the product is from China. The boss wants this brand popular not care their style and design, It is business. Not my last job. My last job our boss had an idea but our sales data is not great.
They don’t have designer, they have a temporary team. so this is different than my last brand.
So they have money to do some cool things, they don’t care budget. I think….

They want to hold a show in NYC fashion week, they did it.

I don’t know every job experience / time I stayed at the job is very short / the duration of each of my jobs was quite short. 1 year 1 job/I changed job every year. I think for my next job if there is nothing wrong I will stay longer.
