I just go to the California and a lot of place in Japan I think. I like Japan very much and I think it is easy to get there because it is only 2 hours flight to get there.
I have been in Tokyo or Osaka and Kyoto and some small places where can snow skating.  Takayama is the place and Hida is one of the village there. The place is like a ginger house.
And the mountain around there is black and white in winter. it is like the Chinese painting style. I am very impressed.
Jet lag is not the problem to me.

It’s a terrible thing. It’s very pity.
My husband will speak English but it just works in Tokyo and Osaka. When we go to the place like Takayama I think we can use our body language if we fortunately meet the Chinese always can speak Chinese. Because the Japanese wordings is similar to Chinese so we can get the information. Not very sure but pretty much
For living the society is not very open minded. And have passion to communicate with other in the work place.

I have some American coworkers. they know about the oriental culture from Japan but the don’t very familiar with Chinese culture.
But I don’t know why, I think Japanese culture is one of the symbol. iconic oriental culture in wester world I think. But I don’t know why because som of them will know something about Japan but will know little about China if they never came to China.

I think e-commerce marketing is a trend to help the brand developing their online business. Since the offline business is grow up slowly or go down. The ecommerce is one of the important way to increase the brand business.
But if the brand don’t do the target consumer communication is important I think it will not grow up sooner or later.

I think Nike’s marketing strategy is always consistency and even you can know the brand through a commercial which you didn’t the logo. Nike’s also very care about the online business in China but it was never to do the things that can make the sales grow exponentially but destroy their brand.
For exemple Nike has it’s airmax day every year in March. It is a very impact campaign to engage the consumer. Then Tmall are interested in this campaign and wants to cooperate with Nike but they talked the cooperation about 3 years as I know but Nike don’t want to cooperate with them because they think they can do the campaign and improve their business by themselves.
