VIP Class Notes (Tibo)

Speaking exercise

we have more time than before,

My friend and family members took some time to see the city during the Chinese traditional holiday.
I think most companies suggested that people not to go outside the city.
Several new cases occurred before the new year holiday.

for some people if they are interested in the stocks or investments or politics they will analyze the details of the report and several years ago it referred that there would be a new special area in Hebei which is just a support Beijing and takes some responsibilities of Beijing so some people assumed that the apartment price in that area would go up quickly.
At the same day the government released the policy to set the entry requirement for buying apartments in that area.

At that time we have few policies to limit the apartment market so there were some people. The main job of these people was just buying and sell out the apartments to get the benefits from the price gap.

Most Chinese people like buying apartments.

In China people won’t know the true except the news reported the accident.
They would avoid to mention the truth.

Another traditional aspect especially in suburb areas. They don’t want to pass away in the hospitals.
They have to go to their own home before dying  / before passing away.

for a single person if there is a picture which he or she likes very much maybe they will buy it not at a high price like fruits or vegetables.
But for the companies, these people want to hold a unique picture or logo in the media platforms.
For the companies the point is they have lots of quantities of pictures and sell these pictures to different people. They can accumulate a lot of cash.

You can hold your own believes but other people also has the right to hold their opinions.
It is necessary to make some crash about these problems which are not related to the truth or false.
The politics environment always likes drama. People are very crazy and do crazy things to attack the opposite group.

I think it is people’s own choice, people can agree with it or not but it doesn’t matter with your opinion or your attitude to the person which is transgender or not.

I heard about the news through some official channels like CNN.
Actually we have heard some news like that now and then.
I think most western people haven’t been to china and they just learn something about china through their official channels.
But because of the politics conflicts I think the official channels of each country will make some choices before releasing the news.
For example we all heard the virus is very serious in the US but maybe the people living there felt it is just ok and not so serious as we heard about that.
