Speaking exercise

I work here as a software engineer
I have been learning English since primary school. / I started learning English in primary school.

I use English in my daily work.

I also went to Washington. / visited Washington.

I went to some tech companies and looked at them outside -> I visited the office of some of the big tech companies in moutainview / I was only able to look at the buildings. / I had a look at where they were working…

I had a lot of passion about these tech company. / I am passionate about tech companies

I rented a car and drove there

They are all connected to the main road

With cache you can make the main road the express way…/ you can turn the main road into the expressway.
when you want to switch road / when you want to turn/  you may need to first go to a branch road in advance… / you cannot turn on the main road, you have to leave it, go to a branch road and then make a turn

I went to Macao in January and I used social media like XHS.
I see other people travelling and then I plan my travel / trip. / I look at what others post from their trips and plan my trips accordingly

I like to take pictures during my trip but I seldom take selfies during my trip.

I set up google photos on my phone and they will be uploaded to google photos / my pictures are automatically sent to the cloud and when I want to review my trip all the pictures are there  / all the pictures are readily available

It is a good way to avoid some mistakes / it is a good way to avoid tourist traps

They are more photo based / they are centered around photos.

Even if Chinese is my native language I find sometimes it is hard. -> I sometimes find it hard to express myself / to speak without notes.
Without an outline it is difficult to just speak as you think. / it is difficult follow a train of thoughts as you speak

it is a little awkward to record as you speak

Youtube videos are mostly technical or life related.

after this travelling fever I will resume my YouTube channel.

Then a lot of school work and I had to do internship and they blocker my career as a YouTuber.

I have been a YouTuber user for more than 10 year / I have been using YouTube for more than 10 years.

The content is more open

Most of the content is under surveillance / is heavily moderated / there is a lot of censorship

it should be yourself to do the judgement / you should be able to judge yourself / you should be able to consider things on your own

They can get the money they deserve / they get compensated fairly
it hasn’t found a way to get investment -> to be profitable  and offer money to the creators.
It doesn’t redistribute money to the creators.

For programming it has already been changed -> programming has already changed

Grammar

You can use review as a verb:, follow with a direct object or an object and a preposition (of, on, for) when necessary.
