My Project is called BPM.
You need to apply for purchase request and this is a complciated business and finance flow so we need to renew our old system to put budget management in the system and a lot of controls.

Sephora is a retail company and we have more than 300 stores.
The tax policy is complicated and each store represents a branch so the system is complicated and heavy.

The management only wants the sales but does not want to do investment.
They didn’t think clearly about our brand position.
If you come to sephora and just want them to pick a one more product.
You should not regard it as a luxury brand but they hope our brand can bring more profitability to our company.

It is almost impossible. Their investment for a brand is very high but in Sephora our investment it was only half of what it was in Loreal.
Those brands gave deep discount but you could not so it is impossible to grow with just discounts

The target is rich people who are not price sensitive.
The environment is different from 5 years ago.
They need luxury service.
They have a lot of initiatives about how to provide luxury services to consumers. It is hard to initiate a new try in Sephora, there will be a lot of barriers.
I want to do it very good.
A lot of department don’t want to do it. it doesn’t help their interests.
