Speaking exercise

I would like to know how to express myself, I found I still have/make errors in my speaking and in how I organize sentences. / and in my syntax

Maybe we can start with e-commerce and consumer behaviors.

Tik Tok has some problems in the US because of the culture conflict. ->Tik Tok has some problems in the US because of cultural reasons / because of a different work culture / Tik Tok came under scrutiny in the US market

Senior management he has been asked to drop his job duties to wait for a moment for the management of tik tok to deal with those so the current manager of the British market has been suspend to provide services.
-> The management line for Tik Tok UK is heavily disrupted because some top level managers were suspended.

I know China people  / Chinese people buy goods but I have no ideas or not so clear how other market people buy goods. -> I have no idea how people in other markets buy / I am not so familiar with purchasing habits in other markets

we call it Baba VIP , you could get the VIP membership if you bought the card and you could get discount for delivery services and it could also get vouchers to get a discount

Because of the supply side is very plentiful…-> because the supply side is plentiful  / because of strong supply competition / the supply side of e-commerce is extremely competitive in China, consumers’ expectations are very high and websites need to have a large offering / a large catalog of goods

even we don’t know we have the needs but the platform has prepared  it for us -> platforms are taking position to target consumers before they even formulate their needs
/ Platforms are not just answering needs they want to generate needs

the platform of baba owned is not best so this membership is not so attractive.

For the delivery I don’t know about the difference between amazon and other shopping methods. -> How much ahead is amazon compared to other platforms on delivery ? / how large is the gap …?

Walmart and Costco they have a website

In China market Taobao and Douyin are more kind of recommandation ways to consumers . They want to get more shares -> In the Chinese market Taobao and Douyin have a strong recommendation algorithm 

if you have some purpose to buy online and search it is quick and easy, if they can reach you before you have the intention they can make you to spend more.

-> Amazon targets consumers with a purchase intention while Chinese platforms target people before they form the purchase intention to get them to spend more money.

Bezos is proud that they spend limited time on the website, it means consumers find what they need as quickly as possible.

For Chinese platforms they prefer to retain consumers as long as possible.
Otherwise they need to pay more to get users to open it, if they have content they can retain them in the app.

I am not sure wether before 10 years ago there is no e-commerce in China but after is has been very mature.

I am not sure wether the US users could follow the same pattern or because the consumer behavior it is hard for you to spend more time online.

I am talking about how my observation.

I have studied the distribution I found most of the revenue is generated from the US market.
Based on this fact I think maybe 2 reasons could explain it

The first one is the choice to do market expansion.
For China apps this choice is limited, it is difficult for them to develop the oversea market.
In the case of coupon, it also is expending the business line from e-commerce to delivery

Maybe it is because e-commerce in Korea is not very big. / the whole Korean market isn’t big
Because of the competitiveness … for my perspective it is still very chill…

they could generate enough profit to live chill but for China market apps they need to leverage more business lines to survive.

The Chinese market is just so much more competitive and companies have to move extremely quickly to survive

If you do the analysis you could say the superapp phenomenon has happened in south east asia… but for it is not common in the US
