Because I just changed to a new job so it seems like you have a new start so at the beginning you have to spend more time to learn much about the company and at the same time this company didn’t have CRM functions before so everything has to set up from the beginning. / I had to set up everything / I had to build a system from scratch

I didn’t know what kind of CRM systems for other companies. -> I don’t know what CRM systems other companies use 

In the current one they have basic system for data but it is a basic data platform.

They don’t have a client analysis. They have client segmentation and CRM KPIs but they didn’t have client analysis and nobody knows how to improve the KPIs of the boutiques.

All the CRM KPIs are percentages so it is hard to communicate with boutiques by %.
You have to calculate to the exact number. /  you need a numerical value

Every boutique has a different status. -> each boutique has a different situation

They opened in different locations / time.
Their customer base is different.

This system only can provide me with some information but if I want to get the actual numbers for boutique execution I have to calculate it.

One KPI is named retention, it means we want to retain customers who purchased in the past 5 years.
We have to retain those customers but your China KPI is for all customers. But because boutiques opened at different time their customer base is different.

I think most people are still willing to purchase luxury goods.
The economy is ok for those who are above middle class  / people in the upper class
