He is a Xinjiang rapper. He can sing slow songs and the rhythm is very comfortable.

I only knew Jay Z because he had some scandals but I had never heard his songs until the last week end.

I can understand a little because it is similar to mandarin.
Chinese can understand the other regions’ dialects except Xinjiang and Fujian

The fujian dialect doesn’t sound like Chinese/doesn’t feel like Chinese

Without the translation we can’t understand
In many countries they will ask you if you want a  mandarin or cantonese language audio guide
