Last week was travel week.
On Monday I saw the doctor,
I had 2 covid tests last week
On Tuesday I had a whole day rest at home but still needed to deal with some problems and went to do another test for Xian business trip because it needed/required a 48h test when you fly.

If you don’t have a test you cannot check it.
There is no online check in.
You have to go to the counter to check in

when we booked the plane ticket there were no tickets / tickets were sold out.
It arrives at Pudong airport around 12pm
This was the first time we could stay an extra day.

if there is a flight at night I prefer to stay an extra day, you can sleep earlier and wake up late and have a great breakfast and then go to the airport.

I told them this is my first time to Xian but I haven’t visited Xian.

We were living in Grand Hyatt because our event happened there in the presidential suite.
This hotel belongs to my friend, their family.
They gave me the same floor as the presidential suite.
The F&B isn’t good.
They had another restaurant it is like a hotpot and BBQ combined/ fusion.

the breakfast is full of carbs. There is only one food/dish that I think is delicious. It is a french toast
We had three days and on the first 2 days it was more good -> better than on the third day.
We had a partner for the last even on the third day
They are from the dealer side of Audi.
They invited around 16 clients but there were only 7 people who came / showed up 

They were terrible because one was a man and the other 6 were women. 4 of them just came to have an afternoon tea. They didn’t care about fashion.

only 2 women went inside because we persuaded them but when they see the price they don’t want to spend more money on clothes. / they felt priced out

We had a wechat group I expressed most details about this event, what we are and what we want to do and what kind of clients we need them to invite.
They had a big logo but it was not the four circle it was the Chinese company’s name.
They put it everywhere and it looked ugly.

They said the event was hosted by themselves / they said they were the organizer but the cost of the whole event was paid by our brand / our brand covered the cost of the event.
The last event finished quickly.
There were only 7 people in total.
I thank these 7 people because they left quickly/ I thank them for leaving quickly so our team had a little time to walk around the hotel.
There was a book store . it is a popular store and they opened one store. It is a Japanese brand and they opened another one in TKH. Both of them belong to my friend as well. They have the same owner.
It is a big international book store.

On the second day, during/for the first session there were 3 guests they stayed to try different clothes and considered which one to buy and we suggested them to buy all of them.
They also felt priced out  / looked like they felt priced out so they only bought one or two.

On the first day I called the room service but the hotel had terrible food and on the second day I didn’t have time to eat lunch./ I had to skip lunch

if it is an exhibition you have time to have a rest but you have to introduce people and you have to give customers suggestions and to serve them to try the clothes.

We had one event with a private bank in Xian.
This time they invited good customers but they didn’t buy anything.

Maybe the products we took there did not fit these customers. They looked more elegant.
