I was worried about being a freshman / lacking experience / being new to this… about being a novice I have no experience to coach anyone. I am just a normal person who loves workout.
The lucky part is my new boss doesn’t care about my experience of coaching in a gym. He focuses on the experience of my internet industry including communication and product development.

I finished more than 20 classes.
The first class I though sucked / was terrible . I was very nervous and I couldn’t show myself and was afraid to make mistakes. After that James talked to me. Don’t worry about it everyone starts somewhere…

He told me change the music when we have high intensity exercise and I need to give 3 points to teach them how to finish one exercise./ I need to keep the explanations simple / I need to be direct
After some classes I found my rhythm and more and more students choose my classes.
It is so tiring, I need to do exercises with my clients and give clear instructions and I must be excited all the time. / I must be in high spirits
Before becoming a teacher I thought it was easy, actually I need to prepare a lot of info.

This is a class 1-6. Two people are a team / people do it as a pair and do the same exercise/repeat the exercise for 2-3 rounds.
It seems it combines power and condition together. It is more interesting and funny because you have team members to help you.
Whatever you are fresh / novice or experienced, everyone can join the class / it doesn’t matter if you are novice or experience, everyone can join.
From 7:30 / half past seven.
I must go to the gym about 30mins before the class.
Before starting this work/job I thought this is the most difficult thing in my life because I talked to some bosses and all of them asked me how many customers I can bring to the gym
I have to be humble to add to my experience of this area. / to increase my experience / to gain experience in this field…
