Speaking exercise

Some foreigners come from abroad to BOC
They come due the trade fair

I have to talk to these foreigners because my leader thinks I have contacted with foreigners before / I am familiar with how to talk to foreigners  so she thinks I can talk to foreigners.

they speak very fast and I can’t understand. And they come from different countries, some accents I can’t understand / some have a thick accent

It is our colleagues from oversea BOC.
I have to talk with them about some loans.
some people ask my bank to loan/lend them money to buy a house / apply for a mortgage

Some Chinese don’t pay back the loan so my job is to check their qualifications

we can loan the money to this person or not. / we decided to approve or reject the loan

we check their salary and background like education.

it is a social benefit.

For the first house the downpayment is just 30%

and when you get a second house the downpayment is a little higher like 70%

if you have enough money you can pay yourself.
some people can’t pay back. Some are bosses but their business is not good and they go bankrupt

we can phone/call them and they can go to jail.
They will sell their assets

they use the credit card to buy expensive things.
Like I bought an iphone and I paid over 12 months / paid in 12 (monthly) installments

sometimes some people don’t have qualifications like their salary is very low and they have a bad background

They work in small companies and do some lower jobs like sales.

if you don’t get business you get fired. / if you don’t bring sales you get fired
If they don’t have business for 1 month they get fired because they are cheap the base salary is (only) 1.5k
Their income is dependent on their comission. These kinds of people don’t have quality and just want their comission so they lie to customers.

These salespeople don’t have education and always offend customers.
I pity them and they just think I won’t stand up for myself
At that time I wanted to learn English immediately and the salesperson cheated my money.
In normal schools the demo is free and I thought the demo class was free but she said if you want to have a demo class you need to pay 600
So she forced me to buy the class.
First she forced me to buy 3 classes but I refused so she said that you must buy 1 class for 600 and I didn’t have any other way   so I paid.
I used the app to talk to another sales woman and she told me. She cheated me.
I want to give them a bad score / bad review

she always said me some bad words -> she says bad words to me
