I find a new job.
I am BOC now.
It is salary high and the job is very simple.

Hospital I quit this job a long time ago.
this kind of job is not suitable for me and the salary is low.
it is a third part company and send you into this hospital to work and you sign a labour contract with the company not the hospital.
I don’t like third party company

in the old times they call the hunt job company and now they some labour and send you to another company to work.
This kind of job the salary is low because their customer company pay them money and they take money from the Labour and give labour little.

one of our colleague signed a contract with a temp agency and it sent him to my bank.

But some banks use this agency to hire some labor but now the bank of china they don’t want this because they have some secret business and they don’t want these kind of people. There is a risk.

Maybe I have some documents for the loan application. I must check how they can pay back.
Some of these have a lot of documents so we have to use these people to check and scan in the system. we use these people to scan those documents in the system and the chief can see those papers and check again.
It is a lot of documents and a lot of work so these people always work overtime and have a little salary like 2k a month.
But they don’t have choice because they only graduate from middle school so they don’t have chance to find a good job.

their salary is very low so sometimes I think they have a hard time.
On the other side, in their student time they don’t want learn knowledge from teachers so they deserve.
According to them in their student time they fight with teachers and skip classes.
In my student time except my primary school math teachers, the other of teachers are my friend.
when I was a kid I like read books and I like knowledge because when I am little I am a little fat so the classmates not friendly with me so I just read books and talk to my teachers.

I was closer to the teachers.

I found a new job.

This kind of certificate is too low.

primary and middle school are compulsory then you take a test . If you get a good score you go to high school and if you don’t maybe you go to a secondary specialized school.
When you finish high school you must take a test to go to university.
And universities have different levels. / are ranked in different tiers
When HR hire employees they look at if you graduate from first tier universities or second tier universities …
I am lucky I graduated from a good university
