I planned to read the pdf after work but when I am back to home I have to take care of my kids.
One is 7 and another is 3.
When I am 60 my child has their kids so if I have 3 kids I maybe have to take care 9 kids.
I never consider it to take the third kid.

The second level city is the same but in 3rd or 4th level the price reduced because a lot of appartment have been built but people move to 1/2nd level cities because the first and 2nd level cities, the economy is develop fast. they can earn lot of money so the purchasing demand in lower level is limited
I think it is a win win because the cost is reduced.
In China the virus control is good and I think there are more chances in first level cities and we go to work in the office.
I think the growth rate of first level cities maybe not the fastest. the second one maybe develop faster but the growth rate is not only one economy figure. Have you read the new the GDP per person, the highest is in Wuxi, not SH.
Maybe because the economical structure and they have less people so the gdp per person / gdp per capita is high.
