It is an Italian company so there is a lot of communication with the headquarters in Italy.
The problem is that I need to communicate with the guy in Italy who has a strong Italian accent so I can understand 80% of what he says but the rest 20% I have no ideas because it is too strong idea.

If some of us we move to the Mars
the rules of the society operation will work on the Mars so that some of the people will work harder than the rest of us.
The hard workers will get richer than the other ones. Maybe after a few years the society will be separated by the rich and the poor again so I don’t think moving to Mars can solve this problem it is about how the society is organized.

second you talk about resources but so far it turned out that on the Mars there were very limited resources as well so it will take a very long time to make the Mars suitable for people living so I think we start too early to explore on the Mars because our tech is not that mature to make resources from Mars for the people.

People need to get money by/through their own work and they need to earn money proactively instead of money being shared by the rich people / instead of relying on charity  because that is not sustainable

can you imagine if the rich share their money and everybody has the same amount of money then nobody will work because there is no motivation for people to work.

I am in charge of a lot of confidential data.
