I graduate more than 10 years and now I am working in a property development company in marketing.
I responsible for internal control and standard operation process and compliance chess.

I worked in this company 10 years and my boss is Singapore so he would like write emails by English but we usually use Chinese I haven’t speak English in my company I think I should improve.
I usually write my emails by Chinese because I am not sure the grammar. He can read but I think I should improve and I plan to change the job and I want to work in foreign company so English has to be improve.

The real estate industry is not good in this market.
