I was graduate from SH business school and majored in international trade and when I graduate I went to a totally different industry for 5 years. I was a flight attendant before and worked in China eastern airline and my main flight route was SA. I think is hospitality industry.
In that job I learned about something related to culture.
I have to have jetlag in every week so with my age is older I think it is harmful to my health so I decide to quit the last job and went to IT industry.

Maybe I will change another industry later.

I haven’t confident to communicate with my classmates in English but I can use Chinese can share my working experience … probably so I need to practice in this.

My strength is I have a curious about something and learning new knowledge quickly.

learned the bank management because now it is related to my work. When I changed my industry I was a sales representative.

my weakness might be I can insist in one single thing for a long time.
I never give up on a single thing an even use my day off time. sometimes you need to have balance for your work or life.

First of all,the short term goal is seriously do every single thing and learn more knowledge skills into my daily work to finish several project successfully.Not only can help to achieve the target goal for company’s performance,it also can let me become expert in certain area to service projects better .
For the long term goal ,I hope I have more sense of responsibility and more opportunity to contribute as a team leader or manager rather than an individual people. I will lead team to creative and innovative for increasing the value of companies business

First of all, the short term goal is to seriously achieve every small task /   and learn more knowledge and apply it in my daily work / leverage the knowledge I learn to apply it in my daily work to finish every project successfully.

For the long term goal ,I hope I have more sense of responsibility and more opportunities to contribute as a team leader or manager rather than an executive. / I would like to take on more responsibilities and to be promoted.
