I found out that the factory suffer from a lack of chips, materials and the reason is the price of those materials are so high / the price of materials has been skyrocketing  so it affects the production severely. / it severely undermines the production.

Japanese managers also sense this situation and put pressure on salespeople and ask us to review our customer situation every week.

by borrowing money from others I am going to be more motivated in my mind / having the pressure of paying back a loan will push me / motivate me to work harder.
Borrowing money will put some pressure on me and drive me to work harder .

how we study the knowledge / to me books are only a way to access knowledge
