Out of line (adj): 1- beyond what is considered acceptable behavior.
E.g.: You can disagree with her, but calling her dishonest was out of line.
Transparency (n): 1- the characteristic of being easy to see through. 2- the quality of being done in an open way without secrets.
E.g.: The old-fashioned type of plastic lacked transparency.
E.g.: We want more transparency in government.
Confrontation (n): 1- a fight or argument.
E.g.: Some couples seem to like confrontation, but Josh and I hardly ever argue.

Incentive (n): 1- something that encourages a person to do something:
E.g.: Tax incentives have been very effective in encouraging people to save and invest more of their income.

Incentivize (v): 1- to make someone want to do something.
E.g.: We need to incentivize our sales managers to achieve these targets.
