Write about the three most important things to a company being financially successful.

Original:

Because I work in a retailer company, so I think the most important thing to make a company financially successful is to have attractive products to customers. Because I think product is the core asset for company; without attractive products, customers will not go to your stores again. Nowadays it is a fast-pace society and the customer’s interest always changes very quickly so we need to upgrade our products to always attract them. For example, when talk about eye cream, customer will be bored of your product when they used one or two bottles. So you need to make a new story about the product, for example we add some new ingredients to your cream, it will reduce your wrinkles and black circles. We also need to change the package of the product to make it more attractive.

I don’ like any public holidays. Not like Western countries, for example Christmas, you can have very long vacations. In China, public holidays can only have one day off, it is meaningless to me. The most longest public holiday is Chinese New Year, and we have to go to relatives’ home, it is very tiring. Before and after the holiday, we need to work more days than usual because to change the working day for the holiday. For national day, we also have one week holidays, we have nowhere to travel, because it is always full of crowd. After becoming a mum, holidays are horrible for me, because school is off, I have to take care of my baby all the day. So I don’t like public holidays.

I like travelling very much. My first travel was at my junior high school, my parents sent me to Europe for an accordion match. At first I refused to go there alone, but when I came back I found a new world to me. I saw different architecture there, I tasted a lot of ice creams. And this is also the first time I took a plane. All are very attractive for me. After that I began to like travelling and when I grow up, I went to a lot of places. Sometimes with my parents, sometimes with my friends. I enjoyed seeing different scenarios, cultures and foods. I also like living the hotel, I think it’s really relaxing, I like swimming in the hotel and just lying down on the bed. I like the ice cream the best in Japan. That was a travel to Okinawa with my colleagues. We just walked around the small city and there are a lot ice cream shops on the road and we got a sea salted flavour ice cream, it was really delicious. We ate on the road and on the way to the sea, we talked about a lot of things. This was really unforgettable memory in my life.
