what is the impact of computer games on teenagers
As we all know, everything has its advantage and disadvantage.
The advantage of playing computer games is that you can relax yourself and become smarter than before, because you can learn new things/ideas through the games.
The disadvantage is that sometimes you cannot control yourself, maybe you spend a lot of time on computer games, it’s bad for our eyes and you might forget to do important things like finishing homework or sleeping.
In my opinion, we can spend several hours on computer games in a week, it can take your stress away but don’t forget about the time!
To what extent/degree, do you think people should exercise?
never, barely, rarely, seldom, often, usually, frequently, most of the time
Nowadays, more and more teenagers wear glasses and are becoming unfit/out of shape, the most reason is that they spend a lot of time on study or play. I think teenagers should exercise frequently. This can also help them restore/recover their eyesight, and be beneficial to their overall health.
For older people, I think they should exercise usually, otherwise they could be prone to (likely to have) some chronic (long term) disease. I would recommend/suggest this group of people do less-intense exercise such as jogging or hiking.
