1: introduction
My name is Alex, I’m 26 year old and I worked in consulting firm and I do some admin work, including some HR work. I’m very happy to accept this interview. In the past company, I had do conducted some recruiting work, on boarding fellow colleagues and I deal dealt with social insurance work, so I want wanted to apply for this role.
Allow me to share with you my educational background. I graduated from SX Uni in 2019, and I majored in French, I passed the CET6 level English and professional L8 French Exam with really good grades. In the university, I did some volunteer work in our university library, I think my English is enough sufficient for this role, and my French is another strong skill of mine too.

2: I think the HR is very important in a company, I think the role connect the whole company. I think we can do many things in this role.
I think that Human Resource is a very important function of any company as it connects the whole organisation and it can help with implementing company strategies.
2: why did you apply for this position
First of all, I think the company is very attractive for me, I have knew the company from some years ago. It’s a tier 1 player in this industry. I think I can learn a lot  from this company and secondly, I’m very interested in this position because I think this position offers a lot of opportunities for me to communicate with others, as well as great career prospect. I think this position will be a great learning opportunity for me professionally. I believe this position will be a good fit for me, as I have similar past experience and I have a passion to always learn new thing.
3: what do you think are your advantages / disadvantages fitting this position?
I’m an outgoing person. In my previous company, I was able to get long with everyone, and I enjoyed having their company in my work endeavours. My multitasking skill is also helpful in this role. I have do done/ I did some branding and HR work and I deal was engaged with some operation work, so it is evident that my multitasking skill is a strong suit for me, which I believe will be very helpful in this new role.
My disadvantage is that sometimes I always focus too much on details and I often have the urge to check on one thing several times, because I’m afraid of making mistakes. This may be my disadvantage but now I’m trying to overcome it.
4: what are some of your expectations for this role?
I hope this role can give me many training growing/improving opportunities and I am sure that taking up this role will be a wonderful learning journey for me would not regret that I’ve wasted time in this company.Â
