Writing exercise
Yesterday morning I decided to take a yoga class. My flatmate told me that I shouldn’t eat breakfast before the class and she explained to me if I ate breakfast before I took the class, then my blood would go to my stomach and start to working which can make me feel lazy, don’t want to move anymore. I did so as she is a trainer to teach belly dancing. Once I finished the class and get into my house, my flatmate was making the brunch. She steamed some vegetable and baked some bread, just the right time for me to have the brunch.
Yesterday morning I decided to take a yoga class. My flatmate told me that I shouldn’t eat breakfast before the class. and She explained to me that if I ate breakfast before I went to the class, then all the blood would go to my stomach and (cause my stomach to) start to working which can make me feel lazy, like I don’t want to move anymore. I did as she said so as she is a trainer who teaches belly dancing. Once I finished the class and went (back) home, my flatmate was making the brunch. She steamed some vegetables and baked some bread. Just the right time for me to have the brunch!
