I used to do something: “I used to drink green tea.”

“I used to drink green tea”, means that in the past I drank green tea, but now I don’t. Used to describes an action that did happen, but doesn’t happen now. Check out these great examples:

“When I was young I used to play with dolls, but I don’t anymore.”
“Before I passed my driving test, I used to cycle everywhere.”

I am used to something: “I am used to drinking green tea.”-You are still doing it

Now I will introduce some food I used to prepare every day.In the morning,I always heat up leftovers for breakfast between ten o’clock and eleven o’clock,which is also for my lunch.This is because I’m in between jobs at the moment so I can use my time freely.While it’s time for cooking in the evening,I usually thought about what I want to eat in dinner, then I looked up the recipes by my phone to find out the ingredients and seasonings I should prepared.This is a nice process so I would get yummy food by myself.

Now I will introduce some food I‘m used to preparing every day. In the morning, I always heat up leftovers for brunch between ten o’clock and eleven o’clock, this is also going to be my lunch.This is because I’m in between jobs at the moment so I can use my time freely. Evening is the time for cooking, I usually think about what I want to eat for dinner, then I look up/check for the recipes on my phone to find out the ingredients and seasonings I should prepared. I enjoy the process of making delicious food all by myself-我喜欢自己做美味食物的过程/I enjoy preparing delicious food by myself
