Vocabulary

orchard (n): 1-an area of land where fruit trees (but not orange trees or other citrus trees) are grown:
E.g.: an apple/cherry orchard

citrus (n): 1-any of a group of plants that produce acidic fruits with a lot of juice:
E.g.: The field was planted with citrus trees.
E.g.: Oranges, lemons, limes and grapefruit are types of citrus fruit.

strict (adj): 1-strongly limiting someone’s freedom to behave as they wish, or likely to severely punish someone if they do not obey:
E.g.: My parents were very strict with me when I was young.
E.g.: A strict curfew has been imposed from dusk till dawn.

curfew (n): 1-a rule that everyone must stay at home between particular times, usually at night, especially during a war or a period of political trouble:
E.g.: He was shot for breaking (= not obeying) the curfew.

dusk (n) : 1-the time before night when it is not yet dark:
E.g.: As dusk fell, bats began to fly between the trees.

dawn (n): 1-the period in the day when light from the sun begins to appear in the sky:
E.g.: We woke at dawn.
