boring (adj) 无聊,not interesting or exciting
E.g.: The movie was so boring I fell asleep.

wake up (v): 1-to (cause to) become conscious after sleeping（某人）醒来；叫醒（某人），弄醒（某人）
E.g.: Come on, wake up – breakfast is ready.

nap  (n): 1-a short sleep, especially during the day（尤指日间的）打盹，小睡
E.g.: Grandpa usually has/takes a nap after lunch.
