There is several reasons that I really think I’m the person who is really suitable for this position:

First of all, as a project manager, I have been working for XXX 3 years. XXX is a production agency, base in Shanghai. This company focuses on the sneaker and lifestyle industry, and provides creative ideas and high-quality video or photo online contents for international clients, like Nike, Converse, Jordan, Adidas, puma…

Second of all, I used to lead middle-scale projects independently. Including strategy, executive thousand dollars budget, and across multiple departments or platforms. Also, drive decision making and follow-ups to get teams to get deliverables.

Lastly, I’m a big fan of the sneaker culture since I was 15. This life experience makes me to work with true passion, also help me to understand every project deeper.

There is several reasons that I really think I’m the person who is really suitable for this position:
The reasons why I am applying for this is position are:
I worked for a SH-based production agency as their project manager from 2018-2021. During my time there, I worked on 15 projects with companies like Nike, Converse, Jordan, Adidas, Puma etc.
I lead middle-scale (13-20 people) projects  independently, including creating strategies for online content, budget-managing, and collaborated with inter-departmental staff and also in major Chinese social media platforms. Apart from those, I was also responsible for driving decision-making and following up on teams to get deliverables.

I have been a big fan of the sneaker culture since 15. My passion for the shoe industry has led me to be a self-motivated learner since 2016 and I have taught myself how to analyze XXX. Also, I have been a loyal reader of books related to Nike’s …..This life experience enables me to bring true passion to the workplace and helps me understand every project deeper.
